These terms apply to orders placed through the online shop at northheat.ro. Placing an order means you have read and accepted these terms.
To order, add the products to the cart and complete the checkout steps.
At checkout a customer account is created with the e-mail address you give, which you use to follow your order.
The details you enter must be correct and complete.
The contract is concluded when we confirm the order by e-mail.
We may refuse or cancel an order for justified reasons, such as sold-out stock or an obvious pricing error. We will tell you and refund anything you paid.
Prices are in Romanian lei (RON) and include VAT. The price that applies is the one shown when you place the order.
The delivery cost is shown before you place the order. For bulky products shipping is quoted separately, in an offer sent before confirmation.
Saunas are sold on offer. The price, the production time and the delivery and installation terms are set in the written offer you accept.
Products made to order or customised to your requirements cannot be returned. The details are in the Returns policy
At checkout the stock of the products is reserved for a limited time, shown on the checkout page. If payment is not confirmed in that time, the reservation is released and the order has to be placed again.
By card, through Netopia Payments. The payment is processed by the payment processor, and we neither see nor store your card details.
Cash on delivery. You pay the courier when you receive the parcel.

The invoice is issued on the details entered at checkout and sent electronically to the account e-mail address. For a company invoice, enter the company details, including the tax number, when you order.
Consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without giving a reason, under Government Emergency Ordinance 34/2014. The period starts on the day you receive the products.

Products must conform to the contract. If they do not, the rights provided by law apply, including Law 449/2003 and Government Emergency Ordinance 140/2021: repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract, under the conditions of the law.
