Team

Co-founder of the Porumbacu 134 and Casa Domestic projects, with professional experience in local and central public administration, particularly in the legal and administrative fields. My professional path has been complemented by a constant interest in culture, art, education and well-being: directions I now integrate into the projects and initiatives I develop. I am also involved in the activities of Asociația Edu Prof Essa, an association active in education, through which I support initiatives dedicated to learning, community development and creating authentic contexts for dialogue and personal growth.

Co-founder of the Romanian brand North Heat and an entrepreneur with experience in developing technical, logistical and wellness projects, I blend business vision with a passion for authentic wellness, nature and experiences built around the balance between body and mind. Inspired by the Nordic tradition and the sauna ritual culture of Lithuania, I contributed to the development of the North Heat concept: more than a brand of saunas and hot tubs, a complete wellbeing experience built around warmth, relaxation and authentic reconnection. As a North Heat Sauna Master, I promote sauna rituals as a tool for recovery, mental clarity and physical recovery, integrating elements such as plants, heat, cold contrast, aromatherapy and music into a memorable experience.

I combine experience in sport, fitness, nutrition and physical education with a Sauna Master specialisation obtained in Lithuania. I am passionate about movement, performance, nature and longevity, and my work focuses on health optimisation through discipline, recovery and a balanced lifestyle. At North Heat, I guide ritual sauna experiences, with an attentive, energetic and professional approach in which heat, breathing, thermal contrast and relaxation become part of a complete process of reconnecting with body and mind.

I am a personal trainer, and my journey naturally led me to the role of Sauna Master. For me, movement is not just physical exercise. It is a form of expression, connection and understanding of one's own body. I believe the way we move reflects who we are, and through what I do I try to create experiences that unite body, mind and energy. In the sauna, I take this vision further: I transform each session into a moment of presence, intensity and authentic reconnection.
