As a consumer you may withdraw from the sales contract within 14 calendar days without giving a reason, under Government Emergency Ordinance 34/2014. The period starts on the day you receive the products.
Tell us your decision before the 14 days expire, in an unambiguous statement sent to the seller's contact e-mail address.
You may use the standard form below, but you do not have to.

Send the products back or hand them to the seller without delay and no later than 14 days after the day you told us of your withdrawal.
Return the products complete, in the original packaging, as close as possible to the condition in which you received them.
You are liable for any loss in value of the products resulting from handling beyond what is needed to establish their nature and functioning.
The direct cost of returning the products is borne by the consumer, unless the seller agreed to bear it or did not inform you of this cost.
For bulky products that cannot be returned by ordinary post or courier, the estimated cost of returning them is given to you on request, before the return.
We refund all payments received, including the cost of standard delivery, within 14 days of the day we learn of your withdrawal. The refund goes back by the same means of payment you used for the order, at no cost to you.
We may hold the refund until we have received the products back or you show proof that you sent them, whichever is earlier.
The right of withdrawal does not apply, among other things, to:
products made to your specifications or clearly personalised, for example a sauna or hot tub configured to order (dimensions, finishes, colours);
sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, if they were unsealed after delivery.
