Origins
It all began with a journey to Lithuania, a country where the sauna is not a luxury, but a daily ritual, a state of mind, a bridge to oneself. There, we discovered a culture of calm, where people take their time. A way of life in which you breathe deeper, feel more profoundly, and where nature is not just scenery, but a life partner.
Among pine forests and fresh air, we stepped for the first time into a wood-fired wooden sauna. The stillness of the steam, the scent of heated timber, the feeling of warm water in the hot tub under the open sky. All of it reconnected us with something essential: our inner balance. That was the moment we realized this experience shouldn't remain just a holiday memory.
That's how North Heat was born – from the desire to bring home, to Romania, that pure, deep, and authentic sense of wellbeing. We chose to work with Lithuanian craftsmen who treat wood with respect, with great attention to detail, and with an understanding of the value of every quiet moment.
Each sauna and hot tub we offer is more than a product – it's an invitation. To slow down. To embrace simplicity. To enjoy the quiet joy of an evening under the stars, surrounded by nature, steam, stillness, and your own self.
Values and sustainability
North Heat means respect for nature:
- We use FSC certified wood (from sustainably managed forests)
- Wood waste is reused or transformed into briquettes
- We pack and transport efficiently, for reduced environmental impact
- We promote stoves for saunas and hot tubs from renowned brands, which have minimal electricity and wood consumption.
- We offer additional, individual solutions for sustainable electricity production through photovoltaic panel installation
Planting for the future
For every product sold, North Heat contributes to planting a tree in Romania or Lithuania, in partnership with environmental organizations. Thus, every hot tub or sauna delivered also means a step back towards nature.
Workshop
We collaborate with Lithuanian craftsmen who work wood carefully, using traditional techniques combined with modern innovations. Each product is hand-assembled with ecologically treated wood, efficient stoves and natural finishes.
Attention to detail, from selecting the best wood to mounting final fasteners and electrical elements, is what defines a NORTH HEAT product.
- Natural materials:Scandinavian spruce, thermo wood, abachi
- Professional stoves and heaters:wood-fired or electric by HARVIA and HUUM

Cosmin Mărginean
Entrepreneur | Co-Founder, North Heat | Sauna Master
Co-founder of the Romanian brand North Heat and an entrepreneur with experience in developing technical, logistical and wellness projects, I blend business vision with a passion for authentic wellness, nature and experiences built around the balance between body and mind. Inspired by the Nordic tradition and the sauna ritual culture of Lithuania, I contributed to the development of the North Heat concept: more than a brand of saunas and hot tubs, a complete wellbeing experience built around warmth, relaxation and authentic reconnection. As a North Heat Sauna Master, I promote sauna rituals as a tool for recovery, mental clarity and physical recovery, integrating elements such as plants, heat, cold contrast, aromatherapy and music into a memorable experience.

Șervan Yildiz
North Heat Sauna Master | Fitness Coach
I am a personal trainer, and my journey naturally led me to the role of Sauna Master. For me, movement is not just physical exercise. It is a form of expression, connection and understanding of one's own body. I believe the way we move reflects who we are, and through what I do I try to create experiences that unite body, mind and energy. In the sauna, I take this vision further: I transform each session into a moment of presence, intensity and authentic reconnection.
